Parenting duties - who does what?

Question

What do both yourself and your partner do in terms of splitting parenting duties throughout each day? 
I mean getting child(ren) ready, taking them to school/babysitter, picking them up, bathing, pajamas, dinner, diaper changes, packing lunches, bedtime, etc. 
Just curious what other dynamics look like.

I do the child care in the mornings while my husband  works and he does the child care in the evening when I’m at work. We switch off on our days off so I can sleep late and he can have time to himself in the evenings.

If something has to be done, we do it. Period. We don't divide things up like they're chores. If my husband notices the laundry needs to be put away, he puts it away. If I notice our daughter needs a new diaper, I change it. If our daughter is in bed and the living room is a mess, we'll clean it up together before bed. Nothing is strictly mine or his. We're equal partners.

My husband works full time (usually over 40 hours/week) and travels for work a lot. I’m a sham. My 2.5 year old and 6 month old both sleep until 730ish. My husband leaves for work at 645 so I do the morning routine alone except for weekends. I take care of the children all day. My toddler goes to mdo twice a week. I do the household chores and cooking. My husband plays with them and helps as needed in the evenings and weekends. We do bedtime together as often as my husband is home. I am in charge of all doctors appointments and things like that. We make it all work and don’t hold each other’s responsibilities over each other’s heads.

We both work full-time so our duties are pretty split down the middle. I get him ready in the morning and take him to daycare (husband is gone before we even wake up), and husband picks him up from daycare. He co-showers with me most of the time, and when he takes a bath we both help (I wash him and husband dresses him). We take turns with diapers, you better believe we keep track of who last changed a poopy diaper lol. Back when he took bottles I did them because it’s like one of my favorite things in the world. And when he gets up at night I do that because I like it (and my husband doesn’t hear him crying).

We both work out of the house.
We wake up.  I dress the two younger kids and hubs gets the older kids fed.  
Hubs takes the younger two to daycare.
I get the older two in the bus.
After work, hubs gets all 4 from daycare, starts supper, starts homework.
I get home, feed the baby, take over homework, give baths (only younger two) or fold laundry on non-bath nights.  
We eat.  Then I help my oldest with piano practice while my husband cleans up and plays games with #2 and #3
Then bedtime routines start.
We definitely feel like clowns with all the juggling.

My fiancé & I work full time. But I work long hours so I have every other day off with my son. My fiancé is mon-fri like 6-5/6. So I usually get him up & ready & off to daycare before I go to work. Pick him up when I’m done. Make dinner, & we usually alternate bath time & then put him to bed together unless SO is working late. I do a lot of it myself because I’m home more, but what we both can do we usually either do together or take turns so he gets as much time as both of us as possible

I'm a part time nanny and I take my son with me on those two days. 
my husband works one full and one part time. 
so I'm around baby a lot more so I do everything because he's not home. 
he takes night shifts when baby wakes up. and when he's home we tag team everything. 
yesterday his part time cancelled and I had to go to work, so he kept baby with him for a few hours before he had to go to his full time job and then dropped him off at my job. 
week days I put baby down to bed because he's not home, but on weekends he jumps in and does it.

I’m a stay at home mom and a 40 hour week work from home mom (I think I’m crazy 😂). My little love is 4 months, so during the day I have her all day, but as soon as daddy gets home, mommy gets a break! He will feed her, change her, get her to sleep!! I usually do bath time, I think he’s still nervous because she’s so slippery after she gets out! If she wakes up in the middle of the night, I usually get up because I have to pump (I’m exclusively pumping). We take turns cooking (I usually clean kitchen and do laundry), he helps with everything else in the house (straightening, vacuuming, dusting) and he does the yard work (we have a lot of land). I think it works for us! We pretty much split everything!

I'm a SAHM. I do every thing from sun up to evening as my husband leaves at 545am for work until 530pm and isnt home until 640pm (he works one hour away from us). He helps with dinner, bath time and bed time. Weekends he helps with what ever I need help with. When he gets home he does little things I need done if I cant do them (like moving furniture etc.) since I'm 22+6weeks pregnant.
