Dry skin or?

So it hasn’t been an issue until it got cold out, but my baby girl is covered in what looks like eczema. I feel so defeated I’ve used what feels like every product to try to get it to go away and nothing seems to help it. What do y’all use for dry skin or eczema?

CeraVe (the cream in the tub, not a regular lotion bottle) has helped both of my kids.

My lil man has same issue asked doctor and she wasn’t to worried about it since it’s not a allergic reaction

I use aveeno baby eczema lotion and night balm and it does work well. I even use it for myself. And sometimes I use aquaphor for the bad spots.

Try vanicream. My sons dryness went away in 2 to 3 days with using that twice a day.  I now only use it once after night time bath and it hasn't come back.

What seems to work for my students at work is :
Not getting a bath everyday, make sure to put lotion on directly after bath, aquaphor can be very helpful, aveeno has an eczema line but I have heard better things about cerave or cetaphil. Make sure to keep the area well moisturized with lotion. If your child goes to daycare you can get a doctors note stating to put lotion on all affected areas every diaper change. Just a few things off the top of my head.
