Great exercise w/ baby
Anyone have great exercises to do with baby? I don’t like the fact I’m out of shape again, and depression got the better of me these last 11 months since my daughter been born. I want to get back to exercising without going to the gym and has to be done with my daughter around since my husband works 10-16hour shifts
