Anyone else here with POTS?

Is there anyone else on here who also has POTS (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome)? I feel so alone, I've never met anyone else that has it 🤷

Do you mind me asking how you were diagnosed? I was diagnosed with paroxysmal tachycardia when I was 4 but I find I have other symptoms common with POTS, I've been wondering if I was misdiagnosed

I’m sorry you feel alone hun have you looked on Facebook to see if there is any groups on there that you can join ?  Or have googled groups that could join ? Sorry if I’m not help

I have it! You aren’t alone! I felt the same way. I was actually diagnosed with dysautonomia over a year ago, so my pots is a symptom of it (but it’s pretty much pots throughout the rest of the autonomic nervous system). It’s so weird and scary. It’s make just everyday life and doing the little things so much harder. It’s hard for other people to under the full effect it has you. It affects so much. And when you have period it’s makes it so much worse, and feel so much sicker. I’ve been able to get a good handle on it and figure out what works best for me so if you have any questions please let me know!

I do physical therapy and worked with a patient that had it. She was young probably in her 20s
