Any one got tips on staying sane?
Currently ttc, trying not to get stressed/obsessed!! But it’s hard not to think when a due date could be.... is that a good twinge..... when can I take a test..... negative test.... should I take another....... should I cut caffeine out completely?........ omg I just had a can of cola I’ve ruined my chances this month....... wow I’m
Really stressed at work this won’t help.....is it wrong to think of baby names when I’m not pregnant......
And these are thoughts I have on a daily basis! My brain just won’t stop! I’ve tried distracting myself but everything gets connected back to ttc!! Any tips??
