I bleed/spotted for a week around the same time of my period

When I was around 5 weeks I had brown spotting. I went to the ER and they told me I might have an infection. He didnt give me any meds because he wanted me to follow up with my Dr first. My Dr checked me and said I was fine and had no infection

In my first pregnancy,  I spotted all the time. (I've always been a spotter) At birth, I ended up having an undiagnosed placenta accreta and required 3 units of blood. I later found out that spotting can be a symptom of Accreta. This time around (I'm currently 12 + 5 with di/di twins) , I haven't had any spotting.

I just posted about this. I woke up Monday morning and went pee and when I wiped it was brown. I did have intercourse the day before but I’ve never had the discharge after so I decided to call my doctor mid morning because although I wasn’t leaking anything every time I went pee and wiped there was brown discharge so my doctor advised me to go to the ER just to get checked. I went and spent 5 hours there but all was looking good and baby was super active and they couldn’t find any infection. They told me no pelvic stress so no sex until I follow up with my doctor this Friday but the brown discharge finally is stopping today and clearing up. They say it can be normal but I wanted a peace of mind that everything was okay
