Looking for alternative bags to use as a diaper bag instead of the standards... but also open to reasons why a diaper bag is better than a generic tote with lots of compartments. My lululemon gym bag is fantastic in terms of different pouches and compartments, but it’s a duffel bag so I’d like something smaller.

Something leaning towards gender neutral. My husband must have had some sort of traumatic purse carrying event with an ex girlfriend because any time I ask him to hold my purse for just a minute he gets upset 😒
