What is this?!! TMI ALERT!

So I just went to the bathroom about to do an OPK test and this came out!!! 
*fyi I have been drinking water and am not sure why my urine is so dark. I am taking fertilaid supplements for 2 weeks now.
Has anyone ever had tissue like stuff come out when they pee before?!! If so what was is? I do not have any burning or pain.

This isn’t going to be helpful, but the only time I saw that when I peed was at the end of my pregnancy when the mucus plug came out a few hours before my water broke.

Urine contains sediment , and mucous build up. I work in healthcare and have to flush catheter lines all the time , this comes out more often then not.
