Mike white discharge

I’ve had severe breast pain for about two weeks now and since Sunday white milky discharge. My cycles are so irregular that I’m so clueless. If I’m not mistaken I ovulated 11-13-18. Anywho when I do get cycles my breast hurt about 2 days before my period, but this time around is been two weeks. I took a PT Sunday and it was negative. Any thoughts ?😩🤣
