Breast milk Vs. Formula milk

Are you planning on giving baby breast milk or formula?

I hear alot of good things about breast milk but what about formula? Formula is just as healthy for a baby to drink too, right? My hospital really encourages breast milk how ever everyone is different and has different life styles. I'm planning on doing formula again with baby #2 because of the past experience I had. I feel like either way someone is always put a mom down for whatever she chooses for her baby.
