Happy with this cycle

I've been struggling with secondary infertility and short luteal phase. This past month I've been eating mostly keto style and have had my longest luteal phase ever!! I usually have 9 days.

And my cervix is still shut very tight! It normally opens two days before af.

So happy with things so far even if I end up not pregnant.

Also, no pms pains. I have adenomyosis so that's a big deal.
