Help with Diet

I’m going to be 10 weeks tomorrow, and while my extreme nausea has THANKFULLY decreased (mostly) my tummy is still pretty upside down. Sorry if TMI, but I’m so constipated and I know that if I was better about eating veggies and fruits it would help, but when your stomach is all over the place the last thing I want to eat is broccoli!! It’s mostly carbs that keep me going (toast, crackers, noodles) and I throw in healthier items when I feel ok, but not often enough and nowhere near what I used to eat before I got pregnant. I get fiber in with dry cereal, any other tips on how to keep things healthy and “moving”? 🤭🤷🏼‍♀️
