Help! EXCESSIVE dishcharge?!

So it’s a few days before my fertile week but when I passed a bowl movement today a lot of clear egg white discharge care out of my lady part. So much that is was like a string of discharge from it.. is this normal?

Yes because when pushing for a BM, it can push out more discharge as well.

Every fertility source I have read says to discard your cervical fluid that you observe during bowel movements as BMs make you produce that kind. If you haven't read taking charge of your fertility, it's a great read!
