How to test partners sperm?!

Ive so far had a million blood tests, 17 tubes they took 😳, to test for autoimmune diseases or APS, we’ve both been tested for genetic abnormalities or chromosome translocations, next is an HSG for me this cycle and I want my partner to have his sperm checked for quality and count

What kind of a place do I call to set him up an appointment? Does he have to be referred by his general doctor and is it an expensive test???? Is it covered by insurance? Help pls!! 😩 I’m already so overwhelmed dealing with all MY appointments but, you know how it is 🙄 if I don’t just set it up for him it’ll never get done
