Why am I craving wine?

I’ve been craving wine, and I’ve been meaning to get some wine, but thing is I’ve been TTC for over a year and this month I used Pre-Seed so what would the odds be?

I don’t drink from ovulation until I get my period... since there’s no known safe amount of alcohol to drink while pregnant.  And even then, everything I’ve read says not to drink at all while TTC....   but yeah, it sucks!
