Does no sex include oral

So I recently had to have a DNC because of an infection in my uterus that was causing heavy bleeding and big clots and the doctor has order no sex for x amount of time but if anyone can tell me if that includes oral I mean for situations like mine with surgery involved I could understand why no male genitalia should enter the vagina but what about a tongue?

A human mouth is WAY more filthy than human genitals.  Putting a human mouth somewhere where infection is a risk is pretty much a guarantee for infection. If you're not supposed to be having sex because of risk of infection you should ESPECIALLY not be allowing him to preform oral sex on you.

So even though oral focuses on outside stimulation, when you reach orgasm, it no longer stays on the outside, because your muscles begin to contract. No sex from doctors, literally means no sex, at all, what so ever.
