Are there any women who have had both csection and vaginal labor what’s worse???

you dont always necessarily tear during vaginal childbirth, especially when doing a natural, unmedicated, no intervention birth. tears usually happen if you get pitocin, epidural, ect.

I havent had a csection but i have had 2 vaginal births and didnt tear with either! Not everyone tears! I had a completely natural birth with the second and felt almost completely normal after 2 to.3 days, i cant imagine thats even possible with a csection.

Tears happen often and evidence is really mixed as far as what prevents them. Some research says squatting helps and being on your back is bad. Other research actually says squatting leads to worse tears. From what I see my patients go through at the hospital, unless it’s a (really rare!) bad 3rd or 4th degree tear (most are 2nd degree), c-section recovery is worse. The pain is worse and you have a catheter in for hours and can’t walk for hours, sometimes blood pressure and temperature issues, harder to move and hold baby and harder to breastfeed. But I have not had both personally!

Only had 2 vaginal births, so can’t compare. 
With both i tore(more and deeper tearing with the first than with the second) At the moment itself i didn’t feel a thing of it happening! No big deal really. 
Afterwards it was a bit less comfortable, but not that bad. With the aecond i almost didn’t feel a thing but only a bit sore

It was different that is the honest answer.
I had an emergency c section. And then a vbac 13 months later.
I was not prepared for a c section and I didn’t bond with my daughter straight away as she was taking to an incubator due to the complications that lead to the c section .
I ended up with a womb infection and was in hospital two weeks 
Vagina birth I was home the next day .
Once I got home from my c section after two weeks I was out doing everything yes I walked like I pooed myself for the first two weeks after that I didn’t even feel I’d had a baby down there doesn’t hurt at all .
Vagina birth they cut me 2cm it was so painful sitting I wasn’t prepared for that pain but we bonded so much easier 
I’m opting for natural but I won’t be devestated if I have a section because I would rather do without the pain down there lol 
I don’t regret my natural and I’m ready to do another one but I have moments of wanting to just book an elective when I get pregnant as I had that option but I won’t lol

I've never had a vaginal birth but I was pain free in less than a week after my c section and never felt the need to take anything stronger than an ibuprofen. I won't be trying for a VBAC for my next baby.

I healed fast with my csections but that vaginal Lord I felt sore for weeks! Bled longer too
