Christian here, but why shouldn't an agnostic or atheist person be allowed here? 
As long as people are respectful, I don't care. 
People may not believe, but that doesn't mean they aren't interested in religion( to educate themselves) or perhaps looking for purpose.  
We are called to be a light upon the world. To speak the truth. To help those seeking. To show the world Christ through our words and deeds- we are His hands and feet. 
If an atheist or agnostic or pagan or anything else is interested in joining this group or even take a look around, they are more than welcome too.
