Mixed baby hair care

Hello! What products do I use on my mixed baby’s hair for her curls when I bathe her? They have been really dry and frizzy lately. I’ve been using 100% coconut oil and then Argan oil (couldn’t find 100% organic for the argan in store) I bathe her twice a week cause she been so dry. (She also has eczema) Internet has been hazy on if these are bad for babies, but is recommended for mixed hair. Mine is only 3 months. Products you use would be great. Picture of her curls.
