“Being offended is not an argument, or a virtue”
I heard Bryan Callen say this on Joe Rogan this morning, and thought it was pretty profound. I think some people assume that taking issue with an idea, will immediately shut it down. Do you think that being perpetually offended closes the door to intriguing discussion?
