Favorite Pregnancy Regiment?!
I lost 30lbs over the summer and got into the best shape of my life. I’m now pregnant but have taken a few weeks off as I have been soooo sick that I can barely keep food down and didn’t want to increase my metabolic demand by working out! But, I’m almost out of my first trimester and want to have a plan to lose the carb fluff I have put on while shoving crackers and soda down my throat! I don’t want to lose weight of course, just keep my muscle tone and stay active during my pregnancy!! I was heavy lifting weights all summer so I don’t feel comfortable going back to what I was doing being pregnant and taking such a big break! Thanks!!
