Ladies, at how many weeks can you start taking evening primerose oil?? Also how many?? I'm 34 weeks 😌

I’m 33 weeks and just started taking orally. I will
Start inserting at 36 weeks. I did it with my first and didn’t tear during birth. Went over due date by 10 days- so doesn’t induce!! Just helps soften cervix.

I take one capsule by mouth in the morning and one capsule vaginally at night (wear a panty liner, it gets goopy) started at 35 weeks this time and with my first. For those asking it helps prepare your cervix for thinning and dilation, can help you dilate quicker when labor arrives

I’m 34 weeks 5 days I took one orally this morning and will take another soon before I lay down and at 36 weeks I’ll do 2 in the morning and 2 inserted vaginally before bed.
