Just as the title says. Our baby is 1 month old but we both have kids from previous relationships (twins for me and a son for him). Well this weekend my family is celebrating my twins 4th birthday so we booked lunch at a restaurant. I told my partner as soon as I knew and he went off cause I didn't tell him earlier...like I just found out. Hes been like this since she was born. I get where he is coming from but he makes it sound like I have to ask permission. Cant even take her for a walk on my own without basically asking. He can't come with me to family events since he hates my family and they dont like him either. Am I just being silly in thinking he wants me to basically ask permission? I'm feeling like I'm not allowed to take her anywhere alone. He works 3 days a week and still gets annoyed if I dont tell him if I go somewhere with her like for a walk

Side note: my kids live with their father so I dont see them all the time and want to make the most of the time I do have with them
