I’ve been drawing a lot lately and most of my drawings have consisted of how my mental illness make me feel and I even went as far as to draw what I imagine my OCD and anxiety would look like if they were people (FYI, they’re not pretty people). I’m by no means an artist and some of my sketches suck, but I’ve found it very helpful to visually see how or what I’m feeling through my eyes. Does anyone else use art to cope with your mental illnesses,
