Private gender scan

Is this the front or back of baby? (Looks like the front to me) Can you tell the gender? Tech said she wasn’t 100% but she thinks it’s a girl. I did not have a very good experience doing this private scan. She was very brief and had a slight attitude. Definitely was not worth 85$! ☹️ Has anyone been told the wrong gender because it was too early?
