Has anyone got pregnant before there first cycle?

I did a pregnancy test yesterday and still was getting a super super faint false positive after my D&C on November 13. I’m doing another tomorrow morning - once I have a clear negative prep test I’m starting ovulation tests. I splurged for the digital tests because last time I tried ovulation tests I could never figure out what the results were! We’re going to do everything we can to catch that first egg.
