Ok ladies, prepare yourself for an incredibly dumb question: can squirting during orgasm prevent the sperm going in/flush some of it out?

Just thinking, if SO and I orgasm at the same time and I happen to squirt as a result, can it interfere with sperm?

I have never squirted but I often have the sensation that it's about to happen and almost hold myself back.... And I find it holds me back from orgasming from penetration. So just thinking what if I allow myself to relax and just let go? Can it lower our chances of conception?
