Bleeding after bm?!

Hi all! I have a question and am hoping y’all can help! I am currently 10 months PP for the past month I’ve been bleeding after a bowel movement very little just when i wipe but am super uncomfortable sometimes with it. Today i went and wiped where there was a quarter sized amount of blood. I’m not sure what it is was wondering if it sounds like a hemmoroid? Are there any home remedies!? I’ve never had to deal with this so I’m not sure what to do 🤷🏼‍♀️
