Those who have had to do Lovenox shots did it work to prevent a miscarriage for you and how much were you on , how many times a day? I am on 40mg once a day. Originally my hematologist had me on twice and then he changed it which kinda makes me nervous that once a day is doing enough. I worry I’m not doing it right. I just gave myself a shot and I bled a little and then noticed some of the blood in the syringe when I pulled it out. This whole process just terrifies me. I’ve had two miscarriages one in the past 7 months and before that last December. Then I did all testing and found out I have antiphospholipid syndrome which is a blood clotting disorder so I do these shots plus baby aspirin. I guess I’m scared because this is supposed to be the reason for my losses but I’m also 39 and when we did hormone testing my AMH was also very low so theresno telling if it’s also an egg quality issue tho all three times ive gotten pregnant within 3 months. Anyone who has done Lovenox let me know, giving shots is something I have never had to do and it’s scary but I’ll do whatever I can and it’s worth it in the end. For those or you who have done it have you had to check your levels to make sure the medicine is working? I thought they would for me but they said it’s not necessary. I guess with what I’ve been through I’m trying to take as much control over this as I can and I want to know that the shots are working so that this time I have a healthy pregnancy and baby.
