Panic attacks
They suck right? So I’d like to know what you feel during one? I went to the hospital last night because I had a vein in the side of my head like pulse only once it didn’t hurt just got my attention, within a few seconds it was like I was blacking out, my body felt heavy, felt like I was sinking etc , maybe even a little numb, have you expierenced anything like this during a panic attack?
