So I have a ‘thing’ with a guy let’s call him James. But he is a friend’s ex and when she found out about us she literally has hated me ever since like not even talked to me for two weeks. This thing isn’t even serious right now but she has dragged one of mine and her’s best friend into this let’s call her Bella who we have not seen for a very long time. So she texted me saying that I am absolute shit and that what I did was a wrong move and I should never have like James in the first place. This has made me feel like absolute shit and there was basically no one to tell because my old best friend was Bella. At this point I just want to leave and die (I have a suicidal background) and I don’t know what to do. Please help
