What do you do with your period while you sleep?

My friend told me she uses nothing at night cause she doesn’t really bleed that much while she sleeps. So I’m curious what other women do.

I use tampons at night because I cherish my sheets 🤣 I also wear thinx underwear because I have sensitive skin and pads cause a lot of irritation for me.

I don't see how people use tampons over night, you're supposed to change them every 4ish hours or risk tcc 😖
