My moms cheating on my dad. I keep it a secret for years pretending it’s not a thing. Well it came up again 2 weeks ago. Didn’t tell anyone you til I finally had to and so I told my friends. All I say when we were on the topic of moms and how theyre moms suck I was like “yeah same. My moms apparently cheating on my dad “ and they were like “oh shit seriously?! Damn yeah my dad cheated on my mom when I was two....... *keeps going for 5 minutes of my friend non stop talking...* ”. And the second friend “yeah same my dad cheated on my mom when I was little too.... blah blah blah for something minutes “

They kept interrupting me every time I tried to talk about but nope. I legit never did and I really had to. So all I got from that was I should shut up cuz it doesn’t matter and it happens to everyone.
