Tail bone pain

I don’t know when it started maybe 2 to 3 months ago that whenever I would sit down I would have this pain on my tail bone and it would hurt getting up . I thought it was because the way I was laying down on my back to sleep or my mom thought maybe from where I had my spinal from my c section but they give the spinal more up & it’s been 8 months ago and this barely started . Has anyone had this kind of pain ? How did you make the pain go away? It’s constantly there every time I sit down that I hate to stand up from sitting down . What was your diagnosis?
