Has anyone ever experienced low hcg levels in early pregnancy that weren’t detected on a hpt until 5+ weeks? I had moderate bleeding that seemed similar to my period but lasted days longer. My doctor did a pap and said she can’t tell from my cervix if I had a miscarriage/chemical pregnancy because my cervix was closed. She said it’s possible I could be pregnant, but not likely. She did do the blood hcg test, which I should get back next week. I tested again with a HPT after the doctor and it was negative. I’ve read that it’s possible to have low hcg levels this early (id be 5 weeks tomorrow). Just wondering if anyone experienced this? Holding out hope, but realistic that I’m not pregnant.
