Can I take Biotin gummies while taking birth control
I bought biotin gummies but stopped taking them when i started birth control cause i thought they would effect it or something, ik its not an antibiotic but 😂 Can I start taking them again? and they say "high potency" what does that mean? i'm 16 and the bottle says take 2 a day. is that too many or should I be fine?
