Padsicles with Alcohol Witch Hazel?

So I was all ready to make some Padsicles and noticed that my Wotch Hazel is 14% alcohol. The YouTube video I watched used 0% alcohol. 
When I did a search I saw mixed reviews on what to use. Any advice for this first time momma?

I’m not sure which one to use, but remember alcohol burns so I’d steer clear

Eek! I used alcohol free with hazel, lavender oil ( which smelt like total heaven ) and organic aloe gel.  I bought them all from vita health
