Ankle surgery prep...any advise would be awesome
I’m getting ready to have surgery on my ankle. What do y’all think I should do to prepare myself? I have done a ton of research about the surgery itself but I don’t know how to prepare myself physically and how to prepare for being basically immobile for a month.
