Period after stopping BC

I’m 22 and I had my nexplanon implant removed in July and I started taking Lutera birth control around August. It gave me horrible acne so I stopped taking it. I haven’t been on a birth control since. Since I stopped the birth control, I have been experiencing abdominal pain, cramping, etc worse than ever. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to go over all my recent symptoms.... what do you guys think could be going on?!

Here is my symptom list I’m bringing to the doctor.

Symptoms:

Abdominal pain: sharp/pulling feeling. On and off around 4 months. Belly button specifically hurts. Sharp pain in lower abdomenAlways starts 2-3 days before my period.

Bowel Moments : diarrhea on and off. Mostly on. Probably last year or two. Thought it might be related to eating out frequently (at old job, but now eating better at new job). Painful when trying to go to the bathroom. Constipation on period. Bowel moments Interfere with day to day life.

Period: painful cramps in lower abdomen and back. Heating pad does not help. I have to take over the counter naproxen to relieve any pain. Cramps that wake me up in the morning. Too painful to go back to sleep. Had a 12 day late period last month. Negative pregnancy test. After three days of my period stopping, I had a full day of a period then nothing.

Period it self is heavy and clots. Only clots. I can physically feel it fall out. Tampon is basically just like a plug. Clots the size of quarters. Clots have been happening for 2-3 years that I can remember.

Nausea: only because I’m in pain. No actual vomiting.

Back pain: specifically when I’m trying to lay down in bed. Sharp pain in lower back. Also constant shoulder pain in right shoulder. Could be related to working in an office environment
