CDing with depression

A rough case of anxiety and bipolar depression had my LO in disposables for over a week while I tried to climb up and out of my low. Today I was able to wash my stash and get ready to start back again tomorrow! We have to take it slow, but we have to start somewhere 😌 to anyone that CDs and struggles with mental health... you are not alone and you can absolutely do it.
