So i am 12dpo and my lines are getting darker but when i wiped i had light pink blood on the toilet paper. Should i be worried cause i never spotted with my 2 other kids? Help please

My mom never spotted with her first 2 pregnancies but did the whole 9 months of her 3rd. Every pregnancy is different. Congrats on the new addition!
