Very faint positive lines!

Took this test today mid day and I see very faint lines. The picture isn't the greatest so I added some filters to try to make it pop more. I need some opinions! I haven't really been trying to get pregnant, but my boyfriend didnt listen when I told him I think I'm ovulating.
