Kegal or pelvic floor exercises help! 🙈
So I'm 16 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I use to go to the gym 6 days a week I now only go once maybe twice a week and speed walk.
Since being pregnant my partner been banging on to me about squats which I've been doing but also kegal pelvic floor exercises...
I feel so silly saying to him and my midwife but I haven't got a clue what it is someone had described it as when you hold in a wee doing that but it's just contracting the muscle where as I've literally just read now that's not it!
I literally have no idea what it is and I don't to make things difficult for myself for not doing them ☹
Can anyone else describe a little better what it actually is or what it's actually meant to feel like because I'm literally clueless on them now ☹
