My LO is 6 weeks and since about 3 weeks hes been extremely unsettled at night. Hes a pretty happy baby only fussing when hungry or tired (mostly). He does grunt and strain during the day when he needs to poo or pass gas but doesnt constantly do it all day. Well night rolls around and he grunts squirms pushes whines all night long. Alot of it he is completely asleep for but l cannot sleep through it. I keep waking up thinking he is awake and wants to eat. I've left him to work it out and he will go 6hrs without actually waking up completely wanting to eat. I wish I could take advantage and get some much needed sleep but all his nighttime antics are keeping me up. Anyone else have a noisy baby and anything you've done help? Hes swaddled and I've tried gas drops which didn't seem to make much of a difference. I also try to burp him really well after feedings.
