Buying clothes??

Question

I’m totally stuck, how much newborn clothes is everyone buying? Any premie outfits? I don’t want to over buy for my boys. HELP.

I was told from the very beginning that I would deliver by 38 weeks, so we bought like 5 sets of preemie stuff. 2 for each (I'm having a boy and girl) and 1 that really either could wear they're yellow ducky pajamas lol but past that we bought more newborn/0-3 months clothes. It's okay if the clothes are a bit big on them.

Right now i haven't bought any, i have girl clothes but no boy. Dont know sex yet either tho.
This is my 3rd, i found with my other 2 that we went thru 2-3 outfits a day after 3m. Mostly due to 1 having horrible acid reflux. Threw up after ever meal and ruined so many clothes. 
My other one just poo'd like id never seen so I was at least once a day changing bc of leakage. 
I would think for each stage (0-3, 3-6 etc)  15 mix and match + maybe 3-5 nice, show off out fits. And if your lucky some of those out fits last longer than the size they say
