Anyone toddler still refuses to eat sometimes?

My daughter had been refusing to eats and only wants her milk... what do I do? I’m at my whits end with this child. 😫

Yeah my daughter goes through some moments like this. But what I’ve notice is she won’t starve herself. If breakfast and lunch is a struggle she will over eat at dinner or snack time. So I follow her lead but I don’t stress about it. She’s gonna eat or drink milk

Yep, but luckily my daughter never took a bottle once she stopped nursing. I thought that was gonna be bad but then she started living off smoothies. So idk, maybe your toddler would like smoothies? I got reusable pouches for the first little while and then switched to a big water bottle with a straw. She calls it her Mimi (smoothie) and she basically lives off of it. She will take bites of my food or eat some snacks but smoothies are her main source of food and she goes through an entire blender full or more a day. Our basics are avocado, banana, sweet potato, spinach, and I always just use water to mix it. I add different fruits and veggies to it depending. But that’s our base. Because too much berries makes her more poopy. And too much oats also effects her poop. So I just kinda add things in here and there and take it away and go back to the base. Just so she’s getting a variety but without it being too much on her system. Cuz even something wonderful like blueberries can make ya poop quite a bit when it’s all you eat! Lol

My daughter is the same way but I give her something else to eat if she doesn’t want what I offer her . Or I give her a snack for my satisfaction that she at least ate something u know

Yep same here! I try not to stress over it. Everyday is a battle especially during breakfast. I give my daughter vitamins daily so atleast that eases my mind a bit.

Yep! She sometimes goes all day at daycare without eating and no milk. She chows when she gets home. But soooo picky. I don’t stress about it anymore. Eventually she will eat. I just limit her milk.
