Braxton Hicks??

I've noticed my stomach tightening randomly throughout the day.  No pain or other symptoms of labor.  It just feels tight every now and then throughout the day.  Is this normal??? I'm 28 weeks.

Sounds like Braxton Hicks!  Normal as long as there isn’t a pattern to them, you don’t have more than 4–6/hour, they aren’t super painful (might be kinda painful), and they aren’t accompanied but bleeding/leaking fluid/weird discharge.
