Registry must haves

I’m 28 weeks and 5 days pregnant and a first time mom. I just started my registry at babies r us (Toys r us and babies r us are still an active business in Canada). Just wondering which items you ladies couldn’t live without.... I’m very overwhelmed and would love some recommendations

I already have a crib, and an assortment of clothing, stroller/car seat, mommaroo swing, diaper bag. I am also looking for recommendations for pricey items to add on the registry (breast pump, high chair etc.)

My sister in law already purchased me a Graco modes click connect stroller and car seat. Does it require an infant insert, should I get a car seat cover since it’s going to be winter over here. What kind of breast pump should I add on the list an electrical one or manual one. Should I put a high chair on there even tho he won’t need it for awhile
