Levels?

Hey ladies, it’s me again. So recently i had a miscarriage. I had a doctors appointment yesterday and they said that i more than likely passed everything and that my levels should be down. I went to the hospital saturday night because i started spotting and then bleeding which is where they said i’m more than likely having a miscarriage and they drew my blood to test my levels. Well I “should” have been 5 weeks according to my last period and my levels were only at 14.7. so they said i was miscarrying. When the dr drew my blood yesterday and i just got the result back today it somehow went up to 27? I’m still actively bleeding and my cervix is open. I’m going to call my dr as soon as they open but has this happened to anyone and what was their experience? Thank you
