Help! What is this???

I got my period today and when I looked in my pad I saw this and I have no clue what it is... I am on the pill and always use a condom so I don’t think it’s a miscarriage. I did skip my last period by skipping my last placebo week. Could that have anything to do with is? Please let me know what you guys think. Sorry for the TMI pic but I’m really scared and don’t know what to do.
